iOS and MacOS Helpdesk Technician (Education)
Location- Belfast area
To help service our growth and ensure delivery of results, we would like to strengthen our Technical Support Team in Belfast. We are searching for a Helpdesk Technician to join this busy team and be the first point of call for all technical issues in schools throughout NI, England Scotland and Wales.

Teaching Associates (Resource development) - teachers of all KS groups who love creating engaging and powerful lessons and resources – suitable for teachers who perhaps do not want to leave current roles. The role has a small time commitment per month to produce a single resource and pays the equivalent of a responsibility point. For more information visit our Associates Page.
Technicians – helping support schools as they roll out iPads, you’ll deal with setup, wifi, practical support and ongoing help. Full time permanent, and based in schools – you’ll see a different school every single day. You’ll need strong iPad and OS X skills, have worked within the wider education sector and be willing to travel.
