Exploring Curiosity & Creativity through Science.
iWonder is a primary science initiative created by iTeach to provide schools and teachers with resources to explore relevant scientific ideas. It’s a new, open ended approach to Science, jam packed with amazing resources that will fit right in with your everyday teaching and learning. It would even be right at home as an after school club. Or both. It’s up to you.
We’ll provide fantastic resources that will allow teachers to explore key scientific concepts with their classes, with pupil curiosity as the driving force behind the learning. Say goodbye to rigid, structured lesson plans and welcome a new style of resources with guiding questions and suggested activities that allow for true curiosity to shine through. You’ll be able to download teaching resources including videos, iBooks and even Explain Everything projects.
We’ll release new content each term focusing on a brand new topic and area of science and all of these amazing iWonder resources will be key stage friendly. We have resources for Foundation Stage/ Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Pick one activity or try a few; it’s up to you. There’s something there for every class and enough to challenge even the most curious pupils. We’ve even added in ways to extend learning and link to Literacy and Numeracy.
iWonder is free and open to all schools.
