We recognise that with tech, there can be challenges, so we designed cost effective support plans for our schools – support how you need it and when you need it for every aspect of your iPad roll out. We offer a simple annual support agreement where you have a fixed set of days we visit. You can choose the number of days that works for your budget from 1 to 4 days per month, which we agree at the start of your contract.
We’ll be there for the full school day, and get everything sorted. We’ll also promise to be proactive to improve your technology platforms and show you as we go better ways to use tech for teaching and learning applications.
And for those times when we’re not – we support your school with email support and offer priority visits for any major outages such as network or wifi downtime.

- Priority on call support for major incidents such as network outages
Simple, Annual Pricing
- 1 day per month – £1995 per annum
- 2 days per month – £3795 per annum
- 4 days per month – £6995 per annum
Based on 10 months. Pro Rata available. Days may be taken in half day lots for a better monthly spread or split between neighbouring schools.
Annual contracts represent the best value, but billing can be made monthly or termly to meet your procurement rules.
Need more casual support?
We offer on site – anytime support. You can call us and book a tech for the day and we’ll be there to put everything right. Our on site call out rate is £250 per day. Thats a full school day and we can take care of anything from iPad set up, AppleTV configuration, syncing, all aspects of the C2K system, whiteboards and any aspect of school technology. (Structured Training is not included in this rate).

Our technicians understand schools and how to relate to the needs of teachers. They understand what is important to staff and pupils, and they understand the importance of sorting a problem first time, every time. All of our staff are trained in all aspects of iPad and PC deployment within a school system, network and are experienced C2K managers as well as being Apple and Google Apps certified, All are Access NI vetted and all carry photo ID at all times. They will become one of your staff, understand the needs of the school and get the job done. That’s a promise.
