We recognise that with tech, there can be challenges, so we designed cost effective support plans for our schools – support how you need it and when you need it for every aspect of your iPad roll out. We offer a simple annual support agreement, or just paid support when you need it. We offer on demand support – where you call us when you need us, or fixed support where you have a fixed set of days we visit.
Option A – On demand
We will assign you with a dedicated technician who can visit one or two days per month – on demand and at your request. You can split these days into half days or even hourly as needed. The tech will see what you need, whether its setting up iPads, adding apps or helping staff with particular questions, and will suggest ways to improve on things.
Support is available 8 – 4:30PM via telephone and email and we are there to answer any questions on use, issues, faults, networks or any aspect of the iPad. If you need us at the school, we’ll be there.
Our promise? We respond quickly and get you running fast with the minimal amount of effort on your part. We cover it all with a simple ‘service level agreement’ so you know what you get, when you get it and who to call!
We’ve made pricing as simple as we can:
Tier 1 – 1 day per month
< 100 iPads – £500 per year
100 – 300 iPads – £750
> 300 iPads – £995
Pricing is annually, paid in advance. This includes unlimited phone/email support plus one day per month of onsite support.*
*Additional days charged at £150. Days are a 7 hour total which may be split as needed across the month. Visits are on demand and as required and cannot be prebooked.
Tier 2 – 2 days per month
< 100 iPads – £750 per year
100 – 300 iPads – £995
> 300 iPads – £1500
Pricing is annually, paid in advance. This includes unlimited phone/email support plus two days per month of onsite support.*
*Additional days charged at £150. Days are a 7 hour total which may be split as needed across the month. Visits are on demand and as required.
Option B – Fixed
We offer a fixed day or days per month on site which we agree at the start of your contract. We’ll be there for the full school day, and get everything sorted. We’ll also promise to be proactive to improve your technology platforms and show you as we go better ways to use tech for teaching and learning applications.
1 day per month – £1995 per annum
2 days per month – £3495 per annum
Paid annually in advance. Days may be taken in half day lots for a better monthly spread.
Option C – On site – anytime support
Our on site call out rate is £195 per day. Thats a full school day and we can take care of anything from iPad set up, AppleTV configuration, syncing. Structured Training is not included in this rate.
