iTeach offers a dedicated iPad support plan – support how you need it and when you need it for every aspect of your iPad roll out.
Support is available 8 – 6PM via telephone, email and ticket system at our ipad support desk and we are there to answer any questions on use, issues, faults, networks or any aspect of the iPad.
Our promise? We respond quickly and get you running fast with the minimal amount of effort on your part.
Telephone and email – £500 per year, renewed on agreement yearly thereafter. No limit to the number of iPads or teachers in school. This includes unlimited phone/email/ticket support plus one hour per month of onsite support.*
*Additional hours charged at £65/ hour.
